My Story
I have been practicing disability law since 2008 and worked as an attorney for the Social Security Administration from 2011 to 2025. During my time at the Social Security Administration, I worked directly with Administrative Law Judges and became very familiar with Social Security appeals.
My personal journey as a parent of a child with special needs began in 2021 when my youngest daughter, Abby, was born with Down syndrome and a congenital heart defect. The journey with Abby has been challenging and surprising at times, but it has also been one of the most rewarding experiences of my life. She is the gem of our family and has a remarkable ability to befriend everyone she meets.
